Startup Support Executive Course

Management & Entrepreneurship and Professional Skills Council (MEPSC) is a horizontal Sector Skill Council (SSC) incorporated as a Section-8 (Not for Profit Company) under the Companies Act, 2013, in a one of its kind, Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model, under the tutelage of the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE).

CCDT is affiliated to MEPSC for offering “Startup Support Executive” course for budding professionals like Secretarial Executives, Corporate Secretaries, Corporate Law drafters, budding Company Secretaries (CS), Chartered Accountants (CA) & Cost Management Accountants (CMA) to support startups, funding, MSME’s, MNC’s, Government companies, public sector companies, NPO society, NGO trust, foreign direct investment, Section 8 company, FCRA and latest developments in the field like Special Economic Zones for FINTECH (GIFT City), Social Stock Exchanges, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Environment, Social & Governance (ESG) initiatives

Centre for Corporate Development & Training

We conduct seminars, workshops, trainings, awareness programs etc for Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, CEO, CFO, CTO, CXO & members of management below the board of directors & Senior Officials in PSUs, Corporates, Section 8 Companies, MNC’s, MSME’s & Startups in the fields of various laws applicable to the company in India, by uplfiting their Governance Skills. For this purpose, the CCDT has been joining hands with various professional bodies like Chambers of Commerce, ICSI, ICAI & ICMAI.

CCDT acts as a compliance partners for Director or Board Member or Committee Member by giving “Governance Advisory” solutions, to decide whether vote for or against in a board meeting or committee meeting and deciding on the kind of documents where wet signatures and digital signatures can be affixed. Further, CCDT enables to maintain a repository of meetings attended, dissent accorded and documents signed to help directors in facing adjudication cases, compounding matters and investigations by courts, tribunals or regulators in India. Further, CCDT helps corporates identify suitable candidates for appointing as a Whole-time Director on Board to manage and forefront compliance and governance requirements under the law for various industries. CCDT further maintains a pool of compliance talents who will bring to the table, braintrust inputs by taking board seat as an Independent Director in your organisation.

Also, our panel members are subject matter experts in the fields of governance, compliance and regulatory matters, who will be sent for continuous board training and education in the form of in-house sessions to corporate houses, family houses & institutional investors.

Centre for Career Development & Training

It functions as a finishing school to create “Regulatory Specialist – Compliance & Finance” by conducting certificate courses in colleges to make commerce, management & law students in undergraduate & postgraduate courses, employable with compliance and finance skills and to assist the candidates for placement. The CCDT has already entered Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with some colleges, B-schools, law schools and premier institutions in Southern part of India in this direction.

Further, the CCDT as a registered society, has high regards for Environment, Social & Governance (ESG) practices. Hence, the CCDT has joined hands with LearningALot (www.lalot.in), to sponsor students genuninely interested in pursuing professional course like Company Secretary (CS), which develops expert skills & knowledge in the field of ESG, Corporate Finance and all laws applicable to a company in India like company laws, foreign exchange laws, IPR, economic, industrial & labour laws and securities laws.
